Privacy Notice

What you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. You may also provide a phone number and, for event or community inquiries, details such as the event type, preferred date and service hours, location, and estimated number of guests. Please leave out sensitive personal information.

Why we ask

Ice Cream Therapy LLC uses inquiry information to respond to customer requests and discuss events, neighborhood visits, or community fundraisers.

How submissions are processed

Netlify Forms processes and stores the information you submit. Email notifications are configured for our business Gmail inbox, so inquiry information may also be stored there and in follow-up correspondence. You can learn more in Netlify’s Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).

Who can access your inquiry

Within Ice Cream Therapy, only management may access inquiry submissions and Gmail notifications. Management handles requests to access, correct, or delete inquiry information.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiries for one year from the date of submission, or delete them sooner upon request. We do not sell your information or share it for other purposes. Netlify Forms and our business Gmail account process inquiry information as described above.

Privacy questions and requests

Management handles access, correction, and deletion requests when advised or upon request. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, use our Contact Us form and choose “Privacy question or request.” Management monitors and handles these requests.
